Use your lunchtime wisely at Eve’s pop-up nap station

You can’t have failed to notice the tongue in cheek tube ads from mattress brand eve - y’know, the ones that poke fun at those ‘chain coffee companies’. Their self-declared world’s best memory foam mattress is available to buy online but a new pop up means that you can try before you buy as well as getting a much needed snooze in the middle of the day.

Their pop-up nap station has launched at The Truman Brewery which includes power nap pods that visitors can use for an hour - ideal for catching up on the zzz’s during your lunch break. Or if you just fancy some time away from the office communal work stations will be available, as well as free wifi and artisan coffee from Black Box. Win.

“With more than 10,000 Londoners airing their despair about a lack of decent sleep on Twitter every month, The Nap Station offers everyone the chance to reap the benefits of a quick daytime nap, a trend only just taking off in the UK but already endorsed by a number of US-based giants including Apple, Nike, Google and Procter & Gamble,” eve commented.

For insomniacs who need a helping hand falling asleep award-winning sleep coach Max Kirsten will be on stand-by where he will be giving a series of talks on how to achieve a better night’s sleep. His drug-free natural approach is sure to send you to the land of nod.
